Privacy Policy

• We collect Name, Email, Phone, and Location (optional) for account login (OTP), team visibility and app operation.
• Borrower, loan, repayment, reminder, team, expense and investment records are business data you add. Freebird processes this data for your organization.
• We use Firebase (auth/hosting/analytics), Sentry (error logs), and UXCam (experience analytics). We do not sell personal data.
• Contacts you pick are processed locally on device and not uploaded unless you save them as a borrower.
• Paid plans use Google Play Billing only.

• Account & Profile: Name, Email, Phone; Location is optional.
• Business Records you provide: Borrowers, loans, repayments, reminders, team members, expenses, investments.
• Device & Usage: diagnostics, crash logs, performance and usage analytics.
• Media you upload: images (e.g., receipts, borrower docs).
• Contacts (local-only): used for quick pick to prefill borrower info; stays on device unless saved.

Location permission is optional; core features work without it.

• App functionality: OTP login, showing loan/profile/team data, reminders (auto/trigger/manual), dashboards and reports.
• Account management: creating and managing team accounts/roles.
• Payments: plan entitlements via Google Play Billing.
• Analytics & diagnostics: stability, performance, UX improvements.
• Security & fraud prevention: protect accounts and detect abuse.

• INTERNET – connect to our services.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS – reminders and updates.
• CAMERA – capture borrower documents or receipts (when you choose).
• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – attach images/files (depends on Android version).
• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION – optional tagging; not mandatory.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED, SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM, VIBRATE – timely reminders/alerts.
• com.android.vending.BILLING – paid plans via Google Play Billing.
• READ_CONTACTS – local quick pick to prefill borrower info; not uploaded unless saved.

• Sentry: error tracking & diagnostics.
• UXCam: experience analytics to improve usability.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with our processors above, under contracts limiting use to providing services. Your organization controls business data; Freebird processes it on your behalf. Data may be processed in other regions via our cloud providers.

We retain account and business records while your subscription is active or as required by law. You may request deletion via the app or by email. Organization admins can remove team members and delete borrower records.

Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. We apply role-based access, least-privilege controls, and industry practices. No method is 100% secure, but we continually improve safeguards.

PH Loan Book is intended for business use and not directed to individuals under 18.

We may update this Policy periodically. We will post changes in the app or on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
